It all starts with the bees. We use raw, local honey to make mead (the oldest alcoholic beverage in the world), then distill that mead to make this easy-drinking, unaged spirit. Delicious on its own, Honey Moon also promises to make your favorite vodka cocktail even better.

Named for the number of lunar cycles in the twelve months it’s left to age in American oak barrels, Thirteenth Moon is our take on a cognac. The perfect sipper, its rich honey backbone also makes it an elegant complement to any number of classic cocktails.

CONUNDRUM
Distilled with our signature local honey as well as local sorghum, this rich amber spirit is aged in American oak barrels and finished in NYS port barrels. If you like deep, rich aged rums, you’ll love sipping this warming, lightly sweet and spicy spirit.

LIBRATION
Named for the gentle rocking motion of the moon as it orbits earth. Almost as gently as this honey liqueur is rocked in American oak barrels over several lunar cycles. The perfect after dinner liqueur (or a nice add to some classic cocktails—we use it in lieu of Lillet in a vesper martini.)
